The Value of Music for the Very Young
“Music has an obvious impact on the brain and should be supported and encouraged in early childhood education” -Dr. Frances Rauscher, a psychologist at the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh
There is a significant link between early music instruction and cognitive growth in math, memory, and spatial-temporal reasoning. Studies suggest that these cognitive gains increase according to the number of years that students engage in active music learning. The younger children are when they begin, the greater the gains will be.
Our early childhood programs welcome children aged newborn through five-years. We offer a month-to-month curriculum.
We encourage parents to participate in our classes full of learning and laughter. Our certified educators have a love for children, music, and a desire to help families thrive.
