
Mindfulness is simply paying attention to your life, here and now, with kindness and curiosity. This class will teach children
and parents fun simple exercises to attend to the breath, the five senses, thoughts, and emotions. Students along with their
parents will learn skills to improve impulse to actions, and their effects on others and the world. Parents will receive guidelines to a lifetime of practicing mindfulness skills with their family.
Sunday from 4-5pm. From April 15 through May 6, 2012.
$75 per child, includes parent participation and all materials.
